• Add your “Big swing you’ll take this week” and “What you will not be working on” (note: these won’t be discussed during the meeting)

• Add any cross-functional topics you would like to discuss

We discuss progress, challenges and next steps for each Value stream

Every Value stream to fill in the Value stream template

Every 2 weeks from 3:00pm to 4:30pm CET (alternating with the A(we)ll hands meeting

Note: during the weeks that the meeting does not take place, every Value stream fills in the template async and shares it with the full team

We discuss progress against our targets, share announcements with the full team and have a Q&A session
