Getting started

Getting started at a new company is often a hassle. To make the first steps as smooth as possible, we would like to ask you to take the following actions:

  1. Get familiar with the content in the https://awellhealth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AH. There is a load of valuable information in there that will help you to be successful at Awell, especially the pages on https://awellhealth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AH/pages/3499655169, , , , , and .

    1. It’s also important to understand the community/content topic that we started: .

  2. Ensure you have access to the ‘company-wide’ tools (see ). If not, reach out to the person who hired you.

  3. Introduce yourself in the #announce-core-team Slack channel. This can be as long or as brief as you want!

  4. Make yourself familiar with our and ensure you have those meetings on your calendar. If not, reach out to Olivier via Slack.

  5. Plan a 15min meeting with all A(wel)liens to get to know each other (Tip: you can have a look at who is in the #announce-core-team Slack channel to know who you need to plan meetings with).

  6. Do the Care Flow Exercise () that will make you familiar with building care flows in the Awell platform. Ask the A(wel)lien who hired you for more explanation to get you going.

  7. Do the ‘Zone of Genius’ and ‘16 Personalities’ exercises explained on .

  8. Add your information to the Team Airtable.

  9. Review the About Awell section on and learn it by heart so you know what to say next time someone asks you what Awell does

  10. Finally, get acquainted with our , the most important one being to make customers badass .
